After completing his legal studies in the US and UK, having worked as an aide in the US Senate in Washington DC and having served internships with two Justices in the New York Supreme Court, Attorney Daniels first founded his practice in New York City and then moved it to Southern California to focus on the businesses of film, TV and music.
And when the world went digital, Attorney Daniels did too. He expanded the firm to include client businesses in the UK, Europe and the Far East (particularly Japan), thereafter, focusing on technology clients in the Silicon Valley/Santa Cruz and the Greater Bay Area.
His educational background includes baccalaureate, masters, post-graduate and doctoral work with emphases in public and private international law, political theory, economics and psychology (UC Berkeley, Georgetown University Law, University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK, Magdalen College, Oxford University, UK, George Washington University and NYU).
Attorney Daniels is a member in good standing to practice in a number of state and federal courts, appellate courts and more recently, the United States Supreme Court.
